As a KUMON Trainee, you will:
• Play a key role in supporting the operational excellence and strategic growth of Kumon Centres, driving franchisee development and success.
• Immerse yourself in our comprehensive training programme, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in our corporate environment and understand the Kumon Method of Learning.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the success of our Kumon Centres and Franchisees, including developing impactful marketing strategies.

We are looking for candidates who:
• Hold a Degree/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, English, or other related fields.
• Have a true passion for children and education.
• Are eager to grow—whether they have prior experience or not. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided.
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic willingness to learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Own transport and are willing to travel for Kumon Centre visits.
• Are Malaysian citizens.
