Job Details

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
Prepare and process invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents
Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and company data
Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and basic customer or supplier enquiries
Support coordination between departments including sales, warehouse, and accounts
Monitor and update stock or order records when required
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and simple spreadsheets
Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Good communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage)
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
Able to meet deadlines and follow instructions properly
